Breaking changes

Replaced the "Pinned" property by a new "Location" property on the UI views actions allowing to indicate the location of the action : Pinned in the toolbar, unpinned in the toolbar or hidden. You have to migrate the existing actions with the neos migrate-metadata command. (4429)
The value of the input field for LocalizableString properties is the translation of the current language and no longer the translation of the default language. (4396)
Character kebab-case conversion for UIComponentName and UIComponent content name has been fixed. Please check warning when running neos generate. Example : Warning generation : WRN: The "{content1}" element is unexpected, it will be ignored. (UI view "CustomerUI", line 2)
